Eco Blogger Highlights River-Friendly Resident Program

Priscilla Hayes, a resident of Robbinsville, became a certified River-Friendly Resident back in November. She reached out to me wanting more information about the River-Friendly Programs for a blog post; what a great way to share your knowledge with others!

This blog - Participatory Ecology - is a fantastic resource for residents wanting to "network with nature" and learn how to be a better stewards of the land. She writes two posts titled "Planting Signs in Your Natural Landscape", with Part I on the National Wildlife Federation's Certified Wildlife Habitat Program and Part II on the River-Friendly Resident Program.

Priscilla will be leading the February River-Friendly workshop on Composting & Soil Health- don't miss it!
